This is a wonderful way to set aside and prioritise the self care and healing time that you need. The sessions can be spaced out at fortnightly or monthly intervals or at the start or end of each season. The massage is very energetically healing no matter if you have had a baby or not and even how long ago it was.

If you are recent post partum mum then I would recommend that another adult is available close by for the baby but we can pause and restart as many times as needed for you to feed or cuddle baby as needed in between. It is highly recommended to have the Deeper CtB massage post birth. It will help with the Uterus pain as it starts the process of contracting back again. With a Caesarean, it is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks for the first one. Ideally you want to aim to have at least 5 massages in the first 42 days.

The Package will have a 6 month Validity on it at time of purchase. Space the Massages out between the 6 months!
